Intuitive shipping provides an effective solution for finding the right shipping options across a variety of perishable and non-perishable goods.
Their customer support is much better than typical customer service. You promptly get to talk to a member of the team and they are technically capable. They were able to troubleshoot API Key issues with other integrations that would have taken me forever to track down.

Shopify shipping leaves so much to be desired, so I was searching for an app that would help solve all of the issues I was experiencing. My journey to find a one-size-fits-mine solution to my store's many shipping issues was very much like Goldilocks and her journey to find the best soup and bed. I eventually came across the smart boxing app, which was great, but it didn't quite solve everything that I needed. Then I found the ONE, Intuitive Shipping, and seriously, I am amazed at how many different things it does. I have officially solved all of my shipping woes! The only thing better than the app itself, is the support behind it. Every single time I need help with something, they respond quick and thoroughly. Specifically, Greg & Paul have been so helpful! They answer all of my questions, and get everything set up to exactly like I need. If you are on the fence about adding this app, it is 100% worth it. No more losing money on bad shipping estimates from Shopify!

You wont find a better shipping calculator. The setup might be a little hard to get into, but if you need any help just ask them. I was really stuck on one problem, sent an email, explained what i wanted, and the went into my inuitive acct and set up the basics so all i had to do was duplicate for different countries and shipping rates.
They are super friendly, problem solvers and helpfull.

While a little complex at first, once you have an understanding of Scenarios Intuitive Shipping is a really powerful tool to have a super flexible shipping rate system. The support team are quick and helpful. Overall a fantastic product.
