Great app and even better support. Chelsey took my call today and I have neve been more happy with a support representative. She was friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond to get my problem resolved.

Very responsive and useful app for shipping rates, they are able to resolved my issue promptly and differentiate shipping rates in different locations automatically. Easy to use too :)

Super supportive team, app works perfectly for our store with all sorts of twists and turns in how we calculate shipping. Highly recommended app if you need custom shipping rates for your operation.

The Intuitive Shipping team was excellent at helping me troubleshoot my issues. Greg and Paul got to the bottom of it and my exact shipping rates are now ready to go! I had specific size boxes going to specific zones -- the app even works in concert with a third party bundle builder app. Thanks again !!

The Smartboxing algorithm has been an absolute game-changer for a small business that has been incorporating cubic dimensions into Shipstation manually for years. This will save us hours, days, possibly WEEKS of grunt work. Additionally, customer service and support are top-notch, and Chelsey is an absolute joy to work with.
