Intuitive Shipping has really helped our store manage shipping in a way that works perfectly for us. It’s super easy to customize shipping rates and options to fit what we need, and it’s much more flexible than other apps we’ve tried. What stands out the most, though, is the amazing support team. In my 4 years of using Shopify, I’ve never had such quick and helpful service—honestly, their support is better than Shopify’s own. From the onboarding session to answering any questions we had along the way, they’ve been there every step of the way. It’s made setting everything up so much easier and stress-free. If you're looking for a shipping app that gives you control and has a support team that really cares, I highly recommend Intuitive Shipping.

The app works very well, in spite of some of the other apps and integrations it works with. Michael and Paul, the two members of the Intuitive Support team that I've worked with over the last couple of months to troubleshoot on issues with, have been incredibly helpful. They are always available via email and are always quick to respond. On calls, they are personable and friendly and make solving issues together a genuine pleasure. I'm almost sad that another member of my team is taking over management of the app, because it means I probably won't speak to them again! If you're considering using Intuitive Shipping, know that their support team will take fantastic care of you.

Intuitive Shipping has been a huge help with our online store. It was easy to set up with a super help of the technicians at that time (4 years ago). We had no issues with it for all these years. A small issue arose on the weekend, so when we submitted a request for help, we did not expect answer until Monday. To our great surprise, Chelsey answered within 10 minutes. She worked whole day Saturday to figure out the cause of our problem. She really deserved a medal for her patience and determination to solve it. And she did solve it! A company is as good as its employees. We could not recommend Intuitive Shipping highly enough.

Intuitive was crucial in rapidly onboarding me during a shipping emergency situation at our company. I had just taken over an account that was experiencing severe shipping discrepancies and had no prior experience with Intuitive.
Within a couple of calls and some emails, not only did I solve the shipping emergency, but I streamlined our entire shipping backend process. I am now the Intuitive master at my company and none of this could have been done without the help of the empathetic and talented team at Intuitive. I'm very thankful for the level of service I received at such a crucial time. I would recommend them for any company that needs total control of their shipping logistics.

Intuitive Shipping has worked wonders for us! The app is easy to use for setting up specific shipping zones and specific shipping scenarios to better suit customers at checkout and show the correct shipping rate based on where the customer lives or where their order is being shipped to. Paul and the team has been great support in helping us solve any issues that come along with the app or with any of our shipping scenarios.

Outstanding app and outstanding support. The app is really complex, but in a good way. It allows you to do almost any shipping combination you would like (I haven't been able to find something it can't do) the team are really helpful and explain everything clearly as well as have great support documentation for things you can sort out by yourself. I am in no way a developer and I have worked out how to program and use this app by myself. Highly recommend.

We have chosen to work with Intuitive Shipping on our eCommerce store as we needed to work with actual shipping cost based on product dimensions. Intuitive has made it easy to get up and running. That and their onboarding and support was a pleasure to work with!
It has been a breeze to schedule zoom calls and go over details of our set up. I've done three calls, one was an introductory/demo and two calls to review our set up and ensure all was good for launch. I had a question just the other day over email, and support got back quickly and helped to adjust things.
You can tell a business cares when it puts in this kind of effort. I love the intimate feel of working with their support, I worked with the same person each time and she recalled my business and set up.
Previously I used another rate calculator app that used actual dimensions, that company was good too, however what won me over with Intuitive Shipping (similar price) was the user interface and support. I can import/export information easily. I can customize. And as our shipping needs evolve I can see how their scenario builder will enable us. We also use ShipStation so we appreciate the ease of connecting to that.
So, if you are growing or need something more than what Shopify offers, you really should look at Intuitive.

We have a VERY complex shipping system because some items can be packed with others, while other items have no business being anywhere near them. This app allows a us to make shipping possible without losing money because we were just "guessing" at prices. Now we can pinpoint exactly how much it all is.
This app integrates seamlessly with our ShipStation account. The biggest issue is that it doesn't really know which UPS/FedEx accounts are what, so it can be a bit of a guessing game. But the support staff is attentive to your needs and willing to help in anyway they can, short of doing everything for you. Our shipping scenarios are a delicate house a cards, but the staff know how to handle things without damaging all the work I've put into making our shipping scenarios work well.

The Intuitive Shipping app is the literally the Swiss Army Knife of shipping apps! If you’re looking for a new shipping app, look no further as this app – for all intents and purposes – does it all and does it well. And, if it doesn’t, as was our case, Intuitive worked with us to develop the functionality to do what we needed it to do. The UI is straightforward, providing clear options and condition selections to create useful and efficient shipping scenarios. Also, the support from Intuitive is unparalleled. We had an issue recently and the support team was both responsive and persistent. They determinedly helped us both identify the issues and provided guidance to resolve the issue quickly and completely. I can’t say enough good things about Intuitive and its support team. From training to support, this is a professionally run team and a great value to solve your shipping app requirements.

Had a great experience today with Brandon in the Support Team at Intuitive Shipping. I am in a different time zone so I find the online support particularly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he really helped me out. Highly recommend Brandon and the whole team at Intuitive Shipping.
