We hired them to set up the shipping for our store and honestly, they were absolutely fantastic. The app is working good and their knowledge is top notch. They are very accomodating and always happy to help and answer questions. Great company and people. I'd definately recommend this company and know you won't be disappointed.

The Smartboxing algorithm has been an absolute game-changer for a small business that has been incorporating cubic dimensions into Shipstation manually for years. There isn't a single best app in the app store! You can literally do just about ANYTHING when it comes to possible shipping scenarios.
The best part of this app is the team that supports it. They are SO attentive and helpful. If you have any complicated shipping needs, install this app and get to work.
You can even schedule FREE Shipping threshold scenarios in advance which makes holiday sales planning much easier!
