I have continuously gotten great support through this app. Frankly, our shopify store would be near impossible to run without the use of intuitive, and the entire team really does a great job of explaining things to make it a bit easier to navigate on your end. I really appreciate the effort they take1

We have been using Intuitive Shipping for awhile now. It has been vital the success of our business. The app can be a tad confusing, but the customer support is excellent! They respond promptly and get right to the heart of any problem. They will then offer to fix it themselves or assist you in fixing the issue. So far our experience with Intuitive Shipping has been excellent and we can't recommend this app more highly.

We LOVE Intuitive Shipping. Our setup is quite complicated and they're able to handle it with ease. I'm able to display different rates for wholesale and retail orders, use multiple accounts and have the correct DIM weight applied whenever applicable. Their customer service is amazing.

Intuitive Shipping allowed me to add on the fees other apps did not even offer. By far the best app customer service I have dealt with, I honestly cannot recommend enough. They have helped me with so many different shipping scenarios, from a % fee, distance fee, and even a fixed fee on top of it. 12/10 overall!
We had some complex shipping scenarios with some of our brands and needed an app that would provide options above the basic Shopify features. This app does it all, it's perfect! And the customer service has been 5 STAR. I would definitely recommend Intuitive Shipping's APP.
