Intuitive Shipping is great and easy to use, and whenever I've had trouble, because shipping can get complicated, I've always gotten great support from the team there. They go above and beyond answering not just the questions I show up with, but offering ways to optimize for problems I wasn't even aware I had. Highly recommend.

It's one thing to have an app that does exactly what you want in a straightforward way. It's another for it to do so without downtime or unreliability scares. It's a unicorn if it does both of the above and answers technical support emails quickly and concisely. When you come across an app like Intuitive Shipping, it raises the bar for everyone else. We had difficulty upgrading to the new UPS auth2.0 method, and even though it wasn't a problem caused by Intuitive Shipping, Michael, Chelsey, and Brandon went above and beyond for us. Very good support, we highly recommend Intuitive Shipping!
