We couldn’t be happier with Intuitive Shipping! The app has been incredibly helpful, but what has really impressed us is the amazing customer service and support behind it.
A special shoutout to Paul for all of his help and support. Paul continues to be absolutely fantastic to work with—so patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we have everything working properly.
His follow up and checking in afterward to make sure everything is still working the way it should is so appreciated. That extra effort really says a lot about the commitment of the Intuitive team.
As a small business, having someone who is there to help when you need it makes such a difference.
Highly recommend Intuitive Shipping to any business looking for a great shipping solution backed by exceptional customer service.
5 stars for the app. And another 5 stars for customer service.
Thank you for taking time to share your experience and your recommendation. We are grateful for your kind words on the software and Paul's support.
Making sure things are working properly doesn’t end when a support conversation does, and we’re so glad his follow-ups and continued check-ins have made a difference for your business. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him!
Most of all, thank you for trusting Intuitive Shipping for the past eight years. We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your business. Whenever you need us, we’ll be here to help!

A little bit of a learning curve to become comfortable with the apps systems but once you use it, you realise how powerful this app is. You can set up shipping rules for almost any condition you can think of. Rules by tag, collection type etc
But best of all their support is some of the best i have received from a Shopify app. Their responses were timely and Michael even included loom videos to help explain the solution to a challenge i was having. I was very impressed.
I would recommend this app to anyone!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad you’ve been able to explore the flexibility of Intuitive Shipping and build shipping rules that work for your unique requirements.
We’re especially happy to hear Michael was able to help you work through your challenge and that the videos made things easier. Our team takes great pride in providing timely, personalized support, so we’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to him.
Thank you for trusting Intuitive Shipping and for the recommendation! Whenever you need us, our team is here to help.

As owners of small companies, there is one aspect of business that elevates above all other factors, and that is the commitment of a company to go above and beyond. So, as a customer of Intuitive shipping i have the privilege to update my review to 5 stars based on the response we received late Sunday evening. Not only the CEO of the company reach out to us, but their support team quickly was able to steer us in the right direction with a disconnected app integration. We would recommend this company to any online retailer who feels it a priority to bill customers for only what shipping actually coasts and not a penny more. Thank you to the team at Intuitive Shipping
I'm so glad we were able to get everything working properly for you!
I also genuinely appreciate the time you took to share such detailed feedback with Brandon. While I'm happy our team was able to jump in Sunday evening, you pointed out some real gaps in how merchants find and access our urgent after-hours and weekend support when they need it. That feedback has already been shared with the rest of our leadership team, and we're going to make improvements as a result.
Thank you not only for updating your review, but for giving us the opportunity to make things right and make the experience better for the next merchant who needs us.
