A special shoutout to Paul for all of his help and support. Paul continues to be absolutely fantastic to work with—so patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we have everything working properly.
His follow up and checking in afterward to make sure everything is still working the way it should is so appreciated. That extra effort really says a lot about the commitment of the Intuitive team.

A little bit of a learning curve to become comfortable with the apps systems but once you use it, you realise how powerful this app is. You can set up shipping rules for almost any condition you can think of. Rules by tag, collection type etc
But best of all their support is some of the best i have received from a Shopify app. Their responses were timely and Michael even included loom videos to help explain the solution to a challenge i was having. I was very impressed.
I would recommend this app to anyone!

So, as a customer of Intuitive shipping i have the privilege to update my review to 5 stars based on the response we received late Sunday evening. Not only the CEO of the company reach out to us, but their support team quickly was able to steer us in the right direction with a disconnected app integration. We would recommend this company to any online retailer who feels it a priority to bill customers for only what shipping actually coasts and not a penny more.
