I've been using Inventora for five years and it is the BEST inventory software! It's extremely user friendly and not complicated or overwhelming at all. We use it every single day to keep track of all of our wholesale production orders, materials and finished goods. We absolutely could not do business without it. If you are a maker needing to keep track of materials, finished products and production, you NEED this!!
Also, the owners are extremely kind and helpful!
Great software with a beautiful user interface. Much more user friendly and intuitive than other systems I have checked out. The team at inventora are always very quick to respond to support emails and seem to be developing the software and adding new features from time to time. The reports page is my favourite. I have not had any issues with syncing to shop or lag. There was a short period where the app was unsupported on shopify but the team fixed this very quickly. The only thing I'd love to see in the future is some integration with Xero/Quickbooks for stock value and COGS linking.
I have been using inventora for 18 months (or so). I want to love it. The interface works with my brain; it's clean and it makes sense to me. BUT it's laggy (both the website and support). There's no clear-cut way to sync between Inventora and Shopify without TONS of duplicating work, and the lagginess means this. takes. forever. For example, I'm still waiting (30 minutes later) for the products I created on Shopify to sync with Inventora. When I reach out for support (please, please please just tell me the correct way to do this), it's days before I get a response.
