I have a love-hate relationship with this app. The basic functions of being able to make and send POs, and see/sync inventories and invoices is great. The forecasting is so-so, and doesn't always display the data you need to see. Jansen did a great job walking through a workflow issue of ours in real time to help resolve my issue. Not only was the explanation thorough, he's been extremely helpful following up and providing step by step directions for us to use as a resource internally.

We are very pleased with Inventory Planner. We've been looking for a user-friendly forecasting solution and have tried quite a few over the past year. Oleg's quick and personal assistance is also incredibly helpful. So much so, we're now writing PO's straight out of Inventory Planner so all can be easily managed in one place.

Inventory Planner does a great job of helping me to plan orders for inventory replenishment. Simple and effective in helping me avoid wasted spending on unnecessary inventory while ensure adequate stock for items that sell well, based on my own shop's analytics.
