Inventory Planner is not robust enough for our needs and has a lot of bugs. Customer support is lacking after the initial training period. Once the initial training period is over the people who were helping resolve the issues just refer you to the standard support option. This app requires a lot of manual work to see the accurate results, and you need to be using the platform for over one year ...
We use this app daily, it makes predicting what inventory we need to order much easier and saves a lot of time. It's a swiss army knife of inventory functions. The support is excellent, Jansen and Kate have been fantastic.

We are very pleased with Inventory Planner. We've been looking for a user-friendly forecasting solution and have tried quite a few over the past year. Oleg's quick and personal assistance is also incredibly helpful. So much so, we're now writing PO's straight out of Inventory Planner so all can be easily managed in one place.
This app has taken my inventory management to a whole new level. What used to be many spreadsheets, complicated hours and hours of work. And a process that could not be delegated easily. Inventory planner has streamlined, simplified, and allowed me to confidently delegate.
I have multiple warehouses, and FBA. I also have tons of variations for each product and this system does it all.

Inventory Planner does a great job of helping me to plan orders for inventory replenishment. Simple and effective in helping me avoid wasted spending on unnecessary inventory while ensure adequate stock for items that sell well, based on my own shop's analytics.

This App has been great for us to better manage how we order inventory. Jill has been extremely helpful onboarding us and still helps us with any questions we have 1yr later! Claire also made us a custom solution that we really needed. Great team and great app. Highly recommended.
