I have been using Inventory Source for approximately 2 months and have no complaints to date. I have always outsourced this work and have spent thousands on companies to load SKU's for me. Through frustration I decided to jump behind the keyboard myself. At first, I did find the initial setup a little confusing, however after 2 quick sessions with the support staff they had me up and operational no time. I have owned an eCommerce store for close to 12 years. I am finally able to fully take control of my own store with Inventory Source and do so at a fraction of the price. Thank you Inventory Source!!
I tried this company and opted for the Turnkey package. It instead turned out to be a nightmare. Products had been uploaded twice. I had picked two suppliers and then I found out one no longer deals with Canadian residences. As for my "turnkey" site, I had two dozen menu's which I had to condense. I was missing pictures and products and videos from my supplier. There was spelling errors in the descriptions of my products. When I complained about this they had bounced me from one support person to another all promising me to fix the issues on my site. Nothing was fixed properly. I then had the Manager contact me and reimbursed me promising to fix the on going issues. TWO MONTHS later all that was done was getting the items removed that had belonged to the one supplier who no longer dealt with Canadians. InventorySource at first wanted me to do the removing of products part! Noway I had said!
This is their idea of developing a "Turnkey site"!?!? I had canceled and ended this ongoing incompetence on their part. I ended up fixing all the issues and I know next to nothing about webpages. That should give you an idea how unprofessional this company is at turnkey sites! Stay away from them! And check your updates with your suppliers and make sure everything is in order. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did!!
The app is a great idea for people on Shopify for an automated ordering system. Further than that this is a typical program that provides ZERO support. You only get chat support and they are not that helpful. They waste about 30 minutes of your time and then have to "switch over to email" chat for further support. They usually come back with a lack luster solution and sometimes it takes longer than it should being that it could have big impact on your stores daily sales. 2 weeks into using it and I am looking at & almost forced to upgrade to their sister service at double the cost because it is the only way that I will get phone support.
This app works well. If you do run into a problem the support team is there to help. The downside of this app is the very high cost of this service.

Very efficient and save a lot of time importing products. Customer service has also been amazing.
Stay away. Inventory Source is a scam that lies to you to get you to sign up for premium plans and then doesn't provide the promised service. Their website is designed to scam with hard to find information on what a supplier supports and they also lie about what "premium" integration actually does with certain suppliers. All designed to get you to sign up for the premium plans. When confronted about it, they ignore your concerns and just make excuses even though everything they promised is in writing. Additionally, if you look at the profile of their leaders on Linkedin, they have all moved their focus to a different company so I'm sure there is little effort being invested to improve Inventory Source.
It's pretty effective. Saves quite a bit of time.
I have used several product sources so far and this is the best by far. My store never has out of stock items which is just one of many features. It has tiered pricing and category pricing. It is also a very easy to use app with many suppliers. Highly recommend!

If this would let me, 0 stars would be given. Just work with the actual suppliers directly and save your money. These people are happy to take 150 dollars a month for below sub-par service, a dysfunctional app, and an in house "supplier" called US Direct that is floundering miserably as item after item goes out of stock and never gets restocked, ever. The list goes on. I have to start my entire store over from square one thanks to the incompetence of this app and its staff.
