We are continuously having inventory syncing issues. This is happening on a weekly basis, and now going on 72 hours with no update at all to inventory numbers. It's especially worse over the weekends when support is not available, or doesn't respond to your messages about the issue. It has been causing, and can cause and has caused orders to be canceled because warehouse will say they are out of stock. We have no idea what inventory numbers are after 3 days of no updates yet we must continue to process orders. Software is improving some but some simple things that would make it more user friendly and more adaptable rather than constantly having to view multiple pages for data are missing still, though suggestions have been made. Support team is helpful but it's a constant state of back and forth emails due to software issues. Time spent would be more valuable finding more profitable products to sell rather than emailing back and forth issues.

Inventory source has been incredibly effective in sending out products and tracking thousands of listing on our website. I don't know if our business strategy would be able to scale without its service.

I was using this app on my website until it just kept breaking. I wish you could give zero stars, but I was able to find an alternative, so I am happy now if you want to lose all of your money. Inventory Source will help you do that. Private message me for details on how they handle issues. They were deploying bugs to live environments where my products would be ZERO INVENTORY all weekend at some points even longer. So please do yourself a favor and stay far far far away.

This App really helps manage inventory and list items. Especially as you are growing your shopify store.

I'm very frustrated working with Inventory Source. If you can get it up and working properly, it seems to do it's job...but the challenge is getting anything going. Help is VERY hard to come by.

They DO respond to emails, but they're frequently unhelpful replies that don't address the question you actually asked, or take hours to get back to you. This is inventory automation software, guys. If the inventory is down, the customer (*me) is down. That means I can't serve MY customers and I look bad.

Getting a person on the phone or chat is impossible, you have to schedule that days out. (see above, re: downtime) and email responses are typically hours. So, you get to sit there and stare at your screen for a while in hopes someone gets back to you soon...and if they do that the response addresses your actual concern.

They're nice enough, and they DO respond...but they are SLOW and don't seem to understand the gravity of the issues that their customers are dealing with...or they don't care.

If you have another option, I'd suggest looking at it thoroughly or have some ironclad tech guys hiding in your closet and LOTS of patience. (LOTS.)

Inventory Source has helped me automate most of my dropshipping business which has been fantastic. I have a lot more time and freedom to focus on other aspects of my business. My one complaint is that while their customer service responds quickly, they're not always super helpful which has lead to some frustration.

If you are looking to have your inventory put on auto-pilot, you need this app! I have 2 of my suppliers through IS and I know I never have to worry about out of stock items. The new dashboard is amazing and super easy to use and change pricing and inventory. The support is very responsive and answer your questions within a few hours, they will even schedule a call with all newbies to get your shops set up correctly. They go above and beyond to help make us money! Keep it up, guys!

I use this app to Integrate with my Shopify account. It is definitely worth it. It makes everything go so much smoother in regards to uploading products automatically as well as keeping track of the quantity.

I really do like the inventory source app, it really does make stocking my store and keeping inventory point and click. And I’m not just saying that because they’re giving me a $10 credit to take this survey. Seriously, I don’t have to spend nearly as much time pricing, taking inventory, updating inventory, adjusting prices, and applying alterations. It’s all done for you, or there is a method To Taylor your catalog through a means of filters. Inventory source allows me to run a store, without the store running my life. A must have app.

Great Service! Prompt attention and great customer service. Makes my life so much easier with over 24k products to manage.
