Inventory Source is a great service and app. I love working with them. They have made my life so much easier by freeing up time and energy I can devote to other parts of the business. I have 3500 products on my site and Inventory Source makes managing them very simple. Their customer service is great too, helpful and timely. I can't recommend them enough.

I have used Inventory Source for over 10 years and overall they provide a important data service for my online products from my suppliers to my website. Their website and admin is much better since I started with them. However, we have experienced ongoing issues with products being mis-matched, wrong pricing, products being in stock and they are not, etc, causing us to cancel many orders. Their support is ok but not great. Sometimes requests for support and fixes go into a "Black Hole." Overall though, they provide a needed service at a fair price. The app is a connector to their data service and is really the login to your admin.

This is a very easy to use and a necessity for my store. Not having to worry about syncing and automatically updating my inventory, this has been a life saver

Inventory Source makes it easy to setup and use their available integrations. The integrations are growing steadily and are exactly the products I need for my store.

I now carry high end products and have a beautiful website with full automation. IS has treated me nicely over the phone and through emails. Any questions I had, my account manager was there to assist me and I was always taken care of. I plan on adding at least 4 more integrations for multiple websites in the near future. After much research and talk with my team, inventory source was our first option and it is going beautifully.

The best thing is my customers will never purchase an out of stock option. The back end is loaded with options and features you can't get on Shopify. Don't want to show the products that are out of stock on your page? They can do that! It's simple once you learn the software. I know some stuff but I'm no expert so the setup being as easy as it was is great.

After my first integration, I realized how much time this app really saves me. With a click of a button I can add 1 -thousands of products! You can change the category, title, add pricing structures and a lot more. If you've had a different experience, it's probably because you thought it could integrate with anyone... If you ask nicely, and have a legitimate supplier, they will reach out to them to add them to their integration list.

They were and are the perfect addition to our business as we have relatively good brand recognition and natural following on social media. However, bringing the extra lines from various sources was what our business needed. They have great customer support and acumen in all areas!

LOVE Inventory Source!!! If you want a chance at maintaining two or more stores you are going to need help to do it right. Inventory Source helps you do that. BlackCock Brands could not do what it does, or be where it is without the help of Inventory Source there is no question about that. We intend to extend our relationship to two additional stores this year. Let's see what 2021 brings.
