I'm so happy that Synkro has a solution for my inventory. I wanted to offer my customers the option of collecting their orders at an event I will be participating in. Now, I can offer this option because I can propose my inventory to any point of sale where the customer will collect their order. This is a plus for my customers and a huge advantage for me. I don't have to move inventory to each spot; it just goes automatically.
Today, I needed information and support, and my problem was resolved within an hour! Yé!! I'm so glad they were available and so helpful! I highly recommend them!

Je suis tellement heureuse que Synkro ait une solution pour cueillette de commande à mes évènements.
Je voulais offrir à mes clients la possibilité de récupérer leur commande lors d'un événement auquel je vais participer. Maintenant, je peux offrir cette option car je peux proposer mon inventaire à n'importe quel point de vente où le client récupérera sa commande. C'est un avantage pour mes clients et un énorme avantage pour moi. Je n'ai pas à déplacer l'inventaire à chaque endroit créé ; ça se fait automatiquement.
Aujourd'hui, j'avais besoin d'informations et de soutien technique, et mon problème a été résolu en une heure ! Ouf ! Je suis tellement contente car ils étaient disponibles et super serviables ! Je les recommande fortement !

This app has saved me a lot of time with product cloning, inventory and collections sync between two stores. It is hard to find any weak spots hence my 5 star review.

Overall the functions are perfect and I recommend the free 30-minute introductory meeting to get a first overview and support by the first steps. Haven´t had such professional, quick, and friendly support for a long time. The way of dealing with customers and their challenges is more than outstanding above all even compared with all the other support we got over the last few years from other suppliers. This makes "working with Syncho" already a personal success for our team.

Synkro solved my challenge of synching inventory across multiple stores and saved me $ by eliminating the need for another app I was using. When I raised a few very specific questions, Eric replied quickly with thoughtful suggestions. 100% recommend!

UPDATE: Change from 3 to 5 stars. After leaving the original review below, Eric reached out to us and worked with us to resolve the issues we had. In the ~18 months since working on these issues, we did not have them anymore. Additionally, the app has continued to add useful features and the user interface has gone from very basic and somewhat outdated looking to very intuitive and professional looking. Would definitely recommend.

We've used Synkro for about 6 months now to sync inventory between our 2 Shopify stores. While it works well 95% of the time, sometimes it causes inventory issues.
For example, let's say we have 50 of a product in inventory. Our inventory will show 50 in stock on both store 'A' and store 'B'. A customer places an order on store 'A' for 4 items, leaving the inventory at 46 on store 'A'. Synkro will then subtract 4 items from store 'B' so it matches at 46. However, sometimes, rather than subtracting 4 from store 'B' to make it match store 'A', it will add the 4 items back in to store 'A' to make it match store 'B' and our inventory will now show 50 in stock on both stores again when we physically only have 46.
This has happened several times now, and unless you manually go back through the inventory history of every product on both stores, there is no way of know when it occurs until you oversell.
Need to have an option within the app to set it to NOT add inventory back in unless triggered by an inventory transfer or manual inventory adjustment by store personnel. The app should not take it upon itself to add inventory back in without a triggering event.

This app is perfection! Unlike every other app we've tried, this one actually does what it says it does and the options/settings are super customizable. We recently changed our setup and reached out to customer service and were super impressed with how quickly they got back to us. They gave us some options for how to set things up to optimize for our sites and even offered to push a sync through immediately to reflect the changes.
Truly, one of the best apps we've used on here.
