I used this to sync products in my store for over a year and never had a single issue. Fantastic app plus awesome customer service.
Great for sharing inventory while our trade shows are going on! Selling and adjusting inventory is super easy with Synkro and the customer service is excellent.
Very good app to synchronize if you have multiple stores and Eric has been very healpful everytime I had a question, he solved it very fast.
Amazing support, but even better functionality. We switched over from another app, and I could not be happier for our store sync.

Synkro is fantastic for syncing inventory and managing multiple stores, but what really stands out is the excellent customer support. The team is super helpful and responsive—couldn’t be happier with their service!
We've used a couple of different inventory syncing apps in the past and all have had some sort of limitation that made our internal team's process a bit more manual for example not working with locations or not syncing variant level metafields but we are honestly so glad we found Synkro!
Not only does it tick all of the boxes for our requirements but Eric also jumped on a call to help run us through the onboarding and made sure it was all set up perfectly. This was really important as our stores are all live and transacting so a safe transition from our old app to Synkro was something we were originally worried about but it all worked perfectly!

It’s possible there might have been some confusion about Synkro’s "reactive" syncing behavior. This approach ensures that inventory changes are synced only when they occur and only for the specific items affected. However, for the system to work seamlessly moving forward, an initial "full store sync" is often necessary to align inventory locations across all products. Additionally, other factors—such as disabled inventory locations within Synkro settings—can also impact syncing.

Eric is fantastic, He has helped us with tracking our inventory across our entire store. We buy products in bulk that are sold as with adhesive and without adhesive. So when a product is sold with, it takes the inventory from the "without adhesive" as well so we always know exactly where were at in inventory levels! Great owner, great help. Highly recommend
