After extensive testing, we have been using the app for some time now and are 100% satisfied. Eric gave us extensive support at the beginning, so the setup went very smoothly. He has also been very quick and helpful with any queries since then.
In fact, the app can do even more than we understood from the description. For us, it is now an indispensable tool for working efficiently with 2 stores: Products are maintained in the main store and all orders are imported into it and fullfilled from there. The time savings are enormous.
We are currently setting up a third Shopify store, which we will operate in the same way. Thanks to Eric, the setup is already complete, apart from a few minor details that came up afterwards.

Eric is fantastic, He has helped us with tracking our inventory across our entire store. We buy products in bulk that are sold as with adhesive and without adhesive. So when a product is sold with, it takes the inventory from the "without adhesive" as well so we always know exactly where were at in inventory levels! Great owner, great help. Highly recommend

Eric asked me what I was looking to achieve and we discussed what we wanted to sync and which way. Once I understood he literally copied all the product over and setup the sync settings. I didn't have to setup anything beyond creating an account!
-Different Need for Different Users-
While talking to Eric I saw him look over at another screen and realized that he had a huge amount of options he could customize on his end. He said his main concern was to keep it as safe as possible so a customer couldn't accidently make a major mistake with some of the more powerful options under the hood. It makes sense. I would rather the people who built it set it up. Especially with the excellent customer support I have received.
-Listens to Feedback. Built for store owners-
In speaking with Eric I realized he is one of those rare people who put customers first. He understand why businesses need to use his app and has shaped his apps around the end user. His whole app has been shaped by customer feedback and he's about to overhaul the front end of the app. He has been spending most of his time solving the problems we face and has a great product. He's working on making a better user experience for new and existing users.
-This app is worth way more than you pay-
I can only guess but I would charge more for this. He said something about keeping existing customers going with all the bells and whisles and maybe making different versions for the new customers. I am glad I installed before this app gets too popular.
Install it now. This app is likely going in for a huge overhaul and you want to lock in the price while you can so you can get every feature. Even if you are late the the party the app always overdelivers but right now the price is a steal.
We’ve been using this app to synchronize our stock across several Shopify stores, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. The app is incredibly easy to set up and configure. It seamlessly syncs inventory between our stores, saving us a ton of manual work and reducing the risk of stock discrepancies. It's cheaper and more reliable than other apps we've tested.

Not only does it sync inventory. BUT it syncs all the product fields you can think of. Price, Images, tags... you name it.
Customer service goes above and beyond. Eric took hours out of his day to help implement my MANY requests.

Just downloaded the app to deal with some syncing issues on my Shopify store - works great. I had a few questions and they were answered clearly and promptly. Well worth the purchase.
Haven't used the app much. But that's because we don't have to. Synkro keeps our inventory accurate across all of our Shopify stores in real time 24/7. We just set it and forget it. Updating inventory via a csv file is supported. Which is very helpful for us since we use QuickBooks Desktop. The app can also clone products and keep other info in sync. We have yet to use that feature but we are confident it will work flawlessly. And finally, customer support is amazing.
