I don't usually write reviews, but Synkro solved a ton of problems we have had for a long time. Although we had very specific requirements that the app isn't usually made for, Eric was able to customize it to our needs. You will not find better support on any other app. Would highly recommend you reach out to the support team if you have any issues as they are always ready to help!
If you are wanting to sync the inventory of two or more stores within Shopify, like me, then Synkro is for you.
I'm so glad I've found this app for my B2C and B2B stores that I can't recommend it enough.

Syncing with other stores and marketplaces has been difficult for us but Synkro was super easy, and support is very responsive. I love how quickly everything syncs between stores, there is no waiting period for things to register.
This app really does the job syncing inventory across our stores, and the customer service is really good and fast in responding!
This app is perfect for keeping your inventory synced across multiple stores. The tech team are always on hand to help with any quires. Highly recommended.
UPDATE: Change from 3 to 5 stars. After leaving the original review below, Eric reached out to us and worked with us to resolve the issues we had. In the ~18 months since working on these issues, we did not have them anymore. Additionally, the app has continued to add useful features and the user interface has gone from very basic and somewhat outdated looking to very intuitive and professional looking. Would definitely recommend.

We've used Synkro for about 6 months now to sync inventory between our 2 Shopify stores. While it works well 95% of the time, sometimes it causes inventory issues.
For example, let's say we have 50 of a product in inventory. Our inventory will show 50 in stock on both store 'A' and store 'B'. A customer places an order on store 'A' for 4 items, leaving the inventory at 46 on store 'A'. Synkro will then subtract 4 items from store 'B' so it matches at 46. However, sometimes, rather than subtracting 4 from store 'B' to make it match store 'A', it will add the 4 items back in to store 'A' to make it match store 'B' and our inventory will now show 50 in stock on both stores again when we physically only have 46.
This has happened several times now, and unless you manually go back through the inventory history of every product on both stores, there is no way of know when it occurs until you oversell.
Need to have an option within the app to set it to NOT add inventory back in unless triggered by an inventory transfer or manual inventory adjustment by store personnel. The app should not take it upon itself to add inventory back in without a triggering event.

This app is perfection! Unlike every other app we've tried, this one actually does what it says it does and the options/settings are super customizable. We recently changed our setup and reached out to customer service and were super impressed with how quickly they got back to us. They gave us some options for how to set things up to optimize for our sites and even offered to push a sync through immediately to reflect the changes.
Truly, one of the best apps we've used on here.
