Invints Trust Badges & Icons

La app me encanta, pero dejo de funcionar, no muestra los badges en mi tienda, necesito ayuda.

Unfortunately, my experience with your support team has been extremely disappointing. I’ve sent multiple messages and haven’t received a single response as if no one is even reading them! Is this really the level of service you offer? Most apps reply within an hour at most, but here there’s absolutely no engagement.

If there’s no real support, then this app is completely useless, and I’ll be deleting it immediately. A service like this is simply not reliable.

My badges did not work on my website, I embeded it properly, but the badges were not showing up. I tried to contact support two times but I got no response.

This app works great and has many features/options. It's better than many of the paid badge/icon apps. I needed some help to get it working as my site has some custom code that prevented the app from working right away. They responded to my request and updated the code for me fairly quickly... especially for a free app.

After putting all the efforts in setting up the badges, I found out that it was not satisfactory on mobile, but hats off to the support team, they resolve the issue quickly. And that's amazing, they even did changes to the other app on my request. Hats off

Support is unfortunately slow and the app still has some bugs to work through.

The app I was using became a paid app so I looked for another free app. And what a free app! You can make a lot of adjustments yourself in terms of color and text. And you can translate this too. Good job!
