j'ai souscrit au plan gratuit mais ils me facture et je paye alors que j'ai les prestations du plan free. SAV nul
This is definitely a mistake. We checked again the history and it seems you own two different websites. One is still subscribed to a paid plan, on the other one the app is being uninstalled.
