5* because when I had an issue the staff were very helpful and fixed the issue very quickly, for me it's very important that the companies I work with come through when issues arises.

Fantastic customer support and professional looking invoices. I had a small issue with the initial setup and was responded to immediately after asking the chat for help. Issue was resolved in a few minutes and now runs smoothly. Very straightforward to use and will save me a lot of time.

Advisor was efficient and fixed what wasn't working initially, this free app has allowed us to quickly and simply create an invoice for customer, it is needed as shopify should have this feature and I am shocked we even had to download an app to do it, but we did, and this allowed us to quickly get an invoice for an order that had already been paid for and add our logo . Shopify recommended the app

great app. I had a little issue with the Invoice object. But the support is extremly fast, helpful and friendly. The app is super quick and easy installation fot invoice. :)

I had issue with my print order displaying “Something went Wrong “ message. Eva was right there to help me in no time. She quickly understood the issue and told me it was connecting to the Jason file which wasn’t right. She made changes to the file and fixed the issue for me in absolutely 10 min. The app is great, the support pristine but it's missing a feature that we needed (including specific vat rates on the invoice).

A great free app for invoices. I had an issue with setting up the app for the first time, but the in-app chat support was able to solve my problems in a few minutes!
