I don't know what's going on but for several months nothing work. We can no longer export our invoices in CSV format (this is very important for compatibility) and our customers can never download their invoice. The main thing is not working. We were promised that the problem would be solved today, in the end no feedback from the sav. Lost money. I leave two stars because there is a wide choice to personalize your invoices.

We've had this app for about 2 years, on a paid plan. It's a strong thumbs down: while it appears to be a fine companion to Shopify's systems, we found it to be woefully short on basic functionality:
1. Additional discounts added as line items while creating the actual shopify invoices will not show in Invoice Falcon: the totals will not be matching Shopify's data. We didn't catch on to this right away and it took some tail-chasing to figure out where the issue was as the customers were paying what the pdf invoices were showing. We wrote tech support but it's comically delayed, and still not fixed to this day.
2. If one edits prices in Shopify after the pdf invoice is generated, they will not be retroactively updated in Invoice Falcon. Couldn't find a way to work around this except to start a new order. Frustrating and time wasting.
3. Small glitches in formatting: the shipping cost fields text sizes are huge and looking unprofessional and stitched together.

no progress bar in the fronted, no improvement since 1-2 years of installation. paying monthly and still wasting time and having a lt of issues
it's ok. it glitches a lot. totals don't match what is on the order. service is good, but I cant wait weeks for it to fix, I need to be able to send invoices right away.
Bait and switch on the free plan, useless to use a free plan. Just try one of the other invoice options in the app store.

The Pay-as-you-go plan, which you had subscribed to when signing up for our application, enables you to create invoices for orders and draft orders in your Shopify store. In this case, our users use the invoice for an existing order as a legal proof of purchase, both for the customer and for filing taxes with their government.
I understand that creating invoices for existing orders does not fit what you are looking for. Our Ultimate plan, which enables you to create pro forma invoices, custom invoices, wholesale invoices and quotes, would be the right choice for you since it allows you to create an invoice without any order or draft order.
