Invoice Hero PDF

We've been using this app for a while on the free plan but suddenly an issue came up. Contacted the customer service team and they were incredibly quick to reply. Harun was a great help and really reassuring that things were being investigated. Their dev team were also quick to solve the problem and all is now functioning well again. Definitely excellent customer service. And the app itself does what we need which is generate invoices quickly for customers who request them.

Wir arbeiten seit Beginn unseres Shops mit Invoice Hero zusammen. Jetzt hatten wir das erste Feature Request und die Zusammenarbeit war sehr erfolgreich. Der Kundenservice ist super und wir konnten auch direkt mit einem Entwickler sprechen. So haben wir jetzt eine sehr gute Lösung gefunden.

She was so warm and instantly knew exactly what I needed to do. She even pointed out things I hadn’t noticed, like the fact that my email was still the automated version, so I quickly updated it to make it more personal. I truly appreciate her help so much.
