Virkelig god service og nemt plukkesystem.
Havde store udfordringer med check og pluk af ordrer, som betød mange fejlpluk-ordrer både i antal og produkttype. Vores setup er Shopify og Webshipper, som fragt-handler, så det var vigtigt at finde en løsning, der kan integrere med Webshipper. Fra vi fik installeret IPacky, som hjælper med at checke, plukke, lave partial fulfilment, og kommunikere med vores lagerpersonale, har vi reduceret fejl-pakker til >0,1. Print af ordrer-sedler, scanning og check foregår problemfrit. Godt for forretningen.

David og Ipacky har løst et problem vi har hatt lenge om å få realtime plukk info pr ordre ut til våre ulike lager lokasjoner i samme øyeblikk som kunden bestiller. Dette ble løst svært raskt og presist ila få dager med eksepsjonell god og tett oppfølging fra David. Vi ser frem til å ta i bruk flere funksjoner i Ipacky.

We have been using iPacky for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. It has allowed us to move all our fulfillment to a third party distribution center. The warehouse employees find it very intuitive and easy to use, and mistakes are rare. The developer is also extremely responsive to support requests and/or feedback - for example, he helped us configure both virtual SKUs and barcoding aliases to fit our use case.
Thank you for your excellent review of iPacky. And being a long time (and one of our first) customers you have seen the development over time. And the feedback of third party fulfillment centers taking over with continuing the use of iPacky is especially important when the business grows.
As soon as we started using iPacky we cut our shipping errors due to improper picking to zero. It is an outstanding app for businesses with minimum staffing in the picking/shipping area!

I had used other apps for checking / packing orders. I changed to this one due to one reason only. These guys they hear you and they conside your feedback implementing stuff in less than 24h. Unreal! I will not use any other app for this fuction. Hopefully we scale our business to the point we might need to pay membership multiple times to help them grow as well. Keep up the good work Fellas!

This is a update on the app, after using it for a bit i am very impressed with how well it works! It talks with shopify flawlessly - we print our packing list from ipacky, print shipping labels through Australia Post then pick, scan and pack our orders with 100% accuracy with only a few minutes added to our packing time overall. Customer Support is on point and amazing. We are very happy with this app! save yourself the mistakes and get this app for your business! There is nothing more powerful like this app on the market especially for this price.

Beautifully intuitive app with a lot of great features that fit a modern minded and well run warehouse. If you're thinking about and wanting to get serious about organization, eliminating waste, and creating a happy employee and customer experience, iPacky is THE app to use. I've looked around and this one addressed my needs perfectly. The developer has thought about the best practices for running an efficient operation and they are constantly improving the app to fit the needs of a Shopify + fulfillment store. The installation and setup is incredibly easy and documentation is very detailed. We were able to train staff quite fast. It's comparable to an Apple product - it just works once you turn it on. If you experience trouble or have questions about the product, the developer is quite responsive and friendly. I rarely post reviews for a paid app, but my experience with the product and service was quite amazing. I whole heartedly support this app and vouch for it's useful features. Thanks iPacky!

Excellent App, does exactly what we require, helped to reduce picking faults, which therefore increased capacity in customer service, saved us extra postage charges all whilst increasing the customer's satisfaction score. The support team are always very responsive and carried out a few minor tweaks for us which made this app the best out of all the ones available.
