This is a great app which I totally recommand. It does exactly what I needed. We are now able to scan our orders so we wont have shipping errors any more. We tried 5 different apps and here are some reasons why we chose this one:
- App is working on Desktop and ipad
- One great function which we really like is that we can scan barcorde and/or SKU what is very useful for products with variants - We feel that this app is the clearest In the first step it was not possible to scan shipping labels but support was outstanding and they made it possible within hours.

the app really is a great idea, but poorly executed in many ways. I love being able to scan orders and save them as my items usually arrived in multiple shipments, but they dont save 9/10x, even when id pull up an order i just scanned. i contacted their CS and was told different answers, that made zero sense or didnt even apply to what issues ive been having. the order printing tab used to "save" what orders were already printed, but now it no longer does that either. So i have to remember what order # i last printed to or theres duplicate slips printed. Again, CS lacked in a fix on this. Basically gaslight you into thinking it never worked that way previously. Fees + app cost is very high and they dont even make it clear to you that youll be charged fees. Truly is a bummer since the app has a lot of potential if theyd fix these 2 issues and improve their CS. On the look out for an app that can save orders as partially fulfilled until ready for shipment, and correctly marks orders as printed under packing lists.

Picking a lot of orders with multiple packers made us look for an easy, reliable and most of all, fast way of checking orders before shipping. We needed a solution to remove errors from our shipments and at the same time speed up the process instead of slowing it down with yet another task. iPacky solved all these issues for us and more. Not only providing us with a very fast way to make sure each order was packed correctly, but also an improvement of our workflow. Making our existing workflow better, faster and easier. Now we can also provide extra packing instructions depending on the product ordered, follow up with the right e-mails to clients, fulfill orders and even check or add the right shipping label. Finally, not only the app itself is impressive. Also the support we get. In our case we have unique order statuses to manage our shipping and automated labels. Of course these unique states were not known by Shopify or iPacky. With 1 support request a new function was added within 48 hours to make iPacky fit perfectly within our existing system. I can recommend this app 100% to anyone in need of managing packers and followup on picking control. Even if you have a unique way of handling orders or do it all on your own, iPacky can be your perfect fit. As an added bonus you also get statistics, showing how many orders need to be done, how long it is estimated to take, average picking time, overall and per packer, ... Just try it out, you will not regret it! A very happy user.
I cannot say enough regarding the customer support provided with this app...it is above and beyond! Every request we had David was able to handle and support us. Makes fulfilling orders very easy and accurate...I highly recommend this app to anyone who handles fulfillment in house.

David og Ipacky har løst et problem vi har hatt lenge om å få realtime plukk info pr ordre ut til våre ulike lager lokasjoner i samme øyeblikk som kunden bestiller. Dette ble løst svært raskt og presist ila få dager med eksepsjonell god og tett oppfølging fra David. Vi ser frem til å ta i bruk flere funksjoner i Ipacky.
Det var veldig tilfredsstillende å hjelpe dere med å forbedre deres system. Takk så mye for omtalen!

Hi. Thank you for the nice review. During our email correspondance the issue should have been fixed. it was a setting that was not set correctly since you fulfill the orders before iPacky. If this is not the case, please contact us again. And our email is listed here, and on our web page.
We just started using iPacky and so far it has been great! We have been searching for an app like this for awhile and even tried 2 others that did not work nearly as well as iPacky. This is going to help eliminate shipping errors and the ability to scan all items in a "bundle" or "kit" is amazing! Most importantly though, the service we've received from David has been outstanding! He truly cares about his product and has gone out of his way to help with the on boarding. Can't recommend iPacky enough!

I have been looking for app like this for the last five years. There are a couple of apps that do similar things, but each of them was missing a functionality or is not as effective.
What we like is that when you scan, a picture of the item appears which is additional verification and help.
It works very smoothly and has a lot of of preferences and settings that can customise how to use the app quite a lot.
Also, we suggested a feature and 1 week later they had it done and ready to test it... great!
We have installed it on all our storefronts. Highly recommended

You have not been in touch with us regarding this issue, you have not responded to our emails regarding clearing this up, and we don't understand what you mean by "the scan option is not enabled". So there must be some confusion here since this is always enabled.
