Hi. Please contact us to sort this out. You have not been in touch with us regarding this issue, you have not responded to our emails regarding clearing this up, and we don't understand what you mean by "the scan option is not enabled". So there must be some confusion here since this is always enabled.

I have been looking for app like this for the last five years. There are a couple of apps that do similar things, but each of them was missing a functionality or is not as effective.
What we like is that when you scan, a picture of the item appears which is additional verification and help.
It works very smoothly and has a lot of of preferences and settings that can customise how to use the app quite a lot.
Also, we suggested a feature and 1 week later they had it done and ready to test it... great!
We have installed it on all our storefronts. Highly recommended

the app really is a great idea, but poorly executed in many ways. I love being able to scan orders and save them as my items usually arrived in multiple shipments, but they dont save 9/10x, even when id pull up an order i just scanned. i contacted their CS and was told different answers, that made zero sense or didnt even apply to what issues ive been having. the order printing tab used to "save" what orders were already printed, but now it no longer does that either. So i have to remember what order # i last printed to or theres duplicate slips printed. Again, CS lacked in a fix on this. Basically gaslight you into thinking it never worked that way previously. Fees + app cost is very high and they dont even make it clear to you that youll be charged fees. Truly is a bummer since the app has a lot of potential if theyd fix these 2 issues and improve their CS. On the look out for an app that can save orders as partially fulfilled until ready for shipment, and correctly marks orders as printed under packing lists.

I was asked if i could write a review however iPacky and the developers do deserve the 5* review!! I was a little hesitant at spending the money on this app at first but we needed the ability to scan and check orders as they were packed, and now i wouldn't be without iPacky in our workflow. There's been a couple of features i have asked for and quickly they have been added!! There are many other features within iPacky, such as pick lists, which currently we don't use but i am looking at implementing them into our work flow and i'm sure they will only be an improvement to our workflow!

iPacky is a very powerful tool that has enabled my store to ensure 100% picking/packing accuracy. As my store has over 70 SKU's, picking and packing errors were prone to happen from time to time. With iPacky and its scanning system, I am ensured my picking/packing team is 100% error free. this has saved tremendous time and money with returns and order corrections! Definite must have for low/high SKU store owners to ensure 100% picking/packing process!

First of all it's an easy to set up, easy to operate, meanwhile extremely customizable app with lot's of picking and checking options. You can use a phone, tablet, PC but even works and looks absolutely perfect on all our 3 kinds of Zebra "mobile computers", you just have to have a browser.
If you want to have a better app for picking and checking orders you'll have to implement an ERP system for sure, but below many 1000 sqm of warehouse space and many-many picking people you won't need a better solution for sure. Added to that if you have any question David the CEO knows everything and I believe he is not really sleeping because he is literally anwsering to every message in 5 minutes 24/7 even weekends. iPacky has streamlined my entire picking/packing process and the accuracy of each sales order. My warehouse team's efficiency has exponentially increased - what used to take half a business day to complete is now decreased to 2 hours. iPacky has a well-thought-out operational process from generating picking orders (with BIN locations) to scanning in products (simultaneous SKU and LOT number scanning) to ensure product packing accuracy. The scan function is extremely useful as my team used to encounter countless packing errors. I have approximately 100 orders a day - each order having 10-12 products so finding a quick and easy to use solution is vital to my business's operational efficiency. The scanning UI is extremely user-friendly and its audio/visual cues prompt immediate correct/incorrect input - allowing packing workers to immediately identify packing errors. I was hesitant on trying iPacky at first due to many previously failed apps, however, the founder took the time to video conference me to learn about my business process, my needs and wants, and even made custom enhancements to further improve inventory traceability. I'm in the food business so traceability is a crucial part of my operational process. If your company deals with large amounts of SKUs, LOT, batch tracking, and traceability, then iPacky is the best solution in the market for packing pinpoint accuracy and precision.

I found this app while looking for a new system for our fulfilment and could not be happier. Easy to set up and the app ticks 99% of boxes that we needed. This is a BRILLIANT APP!
It allow me to filter my orders so we can focus on the orders where every ordered product is actually in stock! This is a game changer because we allow overselling on the majority of our inventory.
Super engaged developer that is adding new useful features all the time!

As soon as we started using iPacky we cut our shipping errors due to improper picking to zero. It is an outstanding app for businesses with minimum staffing in the picking/shipping area!

I had used other apps for checking / packing orders. I changed to this one due to one reason only. These guys they hear you and they conside your feedback implementing stuff in less than 24h. Unreal! I will not use any other app for this fuction. Hopefully we scale our business to the point we might need to pay membership multiple times to help them grow as well. Keep up the good work Fellas!

Excellent App, does exactly what we require, helped to reduce picking faults, which therefore increased capacity in customer service, saved us extra postage charges all whilst increasing the customer's satisfaction score. The support team are always very responsive and carried out a few minor tweaks for us which made this app the best out of all the ones available.
