We have just started using iPacky and I am so happy we found it! We have it setup with Shopify and StarShipit and it has saved us so much time, not having to print packing lists and match them up with labels. Being able to see order notes too while your packing is great. We are only using the manual packing so far, and have already been saved from forgetting quantities on numerous orders. Well done!

The iPacky App works exactly as advertised. It has improved the speed of getting orders out to our customers and eliminated a lot of the issues we had for example double shipping orders, shipping incorrect items with the order. Each product is scanned before packing and the app has a great function to alert the warehouse team if the item is not on the order or if the order is unpaid or has already been picked. The support team is always quick to respond.

This app is a true game changer. Goodbye to order picking mistakes This is the only app you need for order picking. The Sendcloud integration makes shipping label process very smooth. Support is amazing, instant feedback.

This is an amazing app. It makes picking and packing so much easier. Highly recommended. There are so many features, and it is very user-friendly. The support is fantastic. They always get back to you fast, and you can book a meeting anytime to chat with them. They are extremely helpful and will ensure you know how to use the app. I highly suggest this app.

iPacky is a great solution for packing and fulfilling orders. The scanning of each product combined with a ton of different options and customizations, including rules and warnings based on SKU or tags makes this a great option for anyone who wants an excellent app for packing orders. Their customer support is excellent, and they are very quick to reply and solve anything that might arise. We needed an integration with another app to make this fit our needs, this was fixed by the team at iPacky. All in all we are very satisfied and would recommend iPacky to anyone looking for an app like this.

Great program/add on to your Shopify store! I was in search of a program to keep track of outgoing inventory that was easy to maneuver and love iPacky. I don’t have to have that worry of my customers not getting the correct number of items.

No hay cumplimientos abiertos en el pedido para esta ubicación.

No veo la opción de comunicación con soporte técnico. Su ayuda por favor.

Hi. Thank you for the nice review. During our email correspondance the issue should have been fixed. it was a setting that was not set correctly since you fulfill the orders before iPacky. If this is not the case, please contact us again. And our email is listed here, and on our web page.

the app really is a great idea, but poorly executed in many ways. I love being able to scan orders and save them as my items usually arrived in multiple shipments, but they dont save 9/10x, even when id pull up an order i just scanned. i contacted their CS and was told different answers, that made zero sense or didnt even apply to what issues ive been having. the order printing tab used to "save" what orders were already printed, but now it no longer does that either. So i have to remember what order # i last printed to or theres duplicate slips printed. Again, CS lacked in a fix on this. Basically gaslight you into thinking it never worked that way previously. Fees + app cost is very high and they dont even make it clear to you that youll be charged fees. Truly is a bummer since the app has a lot of potential if theyd fix these 2 issues and improve their CS. On the look out for an app that can save orders as partially fulfilled until ready for shipment, and correctly marks orders as printed under packing lists.
