iPacky | Pick, Pack & Fulfill

Ipacky really helps us minimizing packing orders. Especially the feature of virtual barcodes, orders tags helps us by optimize our processes. It's a great app which we really recommend. Especially the service from David is great!

Auch bei hohen Massen gibt es keine Fehler in den Paketen. Alles wird eingescannt und man kann von verschiedenen Packstation -zeitgleich- arbeiten. Der Custom Service David ist TOP und sofort erreichbar.

Perfect for (almost) eliminating order picking errors. Good range of options to tweak for your setup. Virtual barcodes are a great way to ensure Kits and Multi-Packs include every item required. iPacky is much cheaper than some alternatives we explored which wanted a $500 setup fee.

I wish I found this app years ago. We have a very complex packing process that involves a handful of product checks and this app has enabled us to automate that process and provide useful information to our packers so that they can efficiently (and properly) pack orders. Furthermore app is very easy to use and has tons of customization options to meet various needs.

Support has been incredible - I was able to schedule a meeting to get a quick app tour and properly set up, and any further questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently by email.

All around a great app!

iPacky is a very well built app. It's helped us make sure every outgoing shipment is accurately prepped and packed, and the serial number functionality is the best I have seen for any Shopify app. It works exactly the way that it should, and is highly customizable and reliable. Perhaps more importantly, iPacky is backed by a team that provides good support and is focused on future development.

Easy to use and nice interface with product images and description. Our pick and pack errors are now close to zero!

We've tried a few other scanning apps... (some better than others), but they all seemed to miss certain features or functionality that we were after. Then we came across iPacky. It had more features than the others, but.... The thing we love the most is that the company's CEO David actually listens to his customers, and has implemented, or is in the process of implementing new features that we, and others have asked for. 100% best customer service we have had. Keep up the awesome work!

This is a great app which I totally recommand. It does exactly what I needed. We are now able to scan our orders so we wont have shipping errors any more. We tried 5 different apps and here are some reasons why we chose this one:
- App is working on Desktop and ipad
- One great function which we really like is that we can scan barcorde and/or SKU what is very useful for products with variants - We feel that this app is the clearest In the first step it was not possible to scan shipping labels but support was outstanding and they made it possible within hours.

Picking a lot of orders with multiple packers made us look for an easy, reliable and most of all, fast way of checking orders before shipping. We needed a solution to remove errors from our shipments and at the same time speed up the process instead of slowing it down with yet another task. iPacky solved all these issues for us and more. Of course these unique states were not known by Shopify or iPacky. With 1 support request a new function was added within 48 hours to make iPacky fit perfectly within our existing system. I can recommend this app 100% to anyone in need of managing packers and followup on picking control. Even if you have a unique way of handling orders or do it all on your own, iPacky can be your perfect fit. As an added bonus you also get statistics, showing how many orders need to be done, how long it is estimated to take, average picking time, overall and per packer, ... Just try it out, you will not regret it! A very happy user.

I cannot say enough regarding the customer support provided with this app...it is above and beyond! Every request we had David was able to handle and support us. Makes fulfilling orders very easy and accurate...I highly recommend this app to anyone who handles fulfillment in house.
