Thank you to the Ipacky Team and support. We have grown quickly and were experiencing a lot of packing errors. Sometimes 4-5 orders a week and the cost was getting out of hand to re-ship and correct the packing issues. After we installed Ipacky we have gone down to no errors as each order MUST be scanned before shipping. We highly recommend this app as its saved us time, cost and headache!

I installed the app to evaluate it with the understanding that it was free below 50 orders. Don't leave it installed as if you go over 50 orders in a month, including POS orders, it will upgrade you to $19.99/mo without warning.
The developer was unsympathetic and refused to refund even though we never used the app. I have not had this experience with other Shopify apps but I am now uninstalling any app I am not using.
Hi. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. You had the app installed for almost a year, and then you wanted full refund of the whole period. Even though you did not have any issues with the app or functionality. The pricing documentation is very clear on this matter. That it's based on the total shop orders, but the usage billing is charged for only the orders that you check in iPacky (which you were never charged). The monthly subscription kicks in when the store has more than 50 orders/month, as your store had. The fact that you had the app installed but did not use it much cannot be blamed on us. And during the whole period you had the app installed, you did not check the Shopify billing.
IPacky is a lifesaver and one of the best apps out there. We use it for our picking, packing, and fulfillment processes across our entire business. It's truly one of the best apps for this purpose. The developer is also very helpful and hands-on

Good software, easy to set up and convenient to use. Good app supports as well, usually get back to us in one day.
With ipacky, we can have our items scanned when dispatching and it help catch some picking errors. Reduced our customer services time.

We are super happy with this app. I am sure it has WAY more functionality than what we need, but it has reduced our fulfillment errors to basically zero on a thousand orders.

We have been using iPacky for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. It has allowed us to move all our fulfillment to a third party distribution center. The warehouse employees find it very intuitive and easy to use, and mistakes are rare. The developer is also extremely responsive to support requests and/or feedback - for example, he helped us configure both virtual SKUs and barcoding aliases to fit our use case.

If you are looking for a picking app stop searching, this app has everything you need for a very-very reasonable price, with the best support/service you can imagine.
Out company had rebellion because they wanted to use the old not compatible picking app, but after 1 picking session all the employees loved how easy and fast the new picking system is.
Update:
Now we have around 4k orders monthly. We have a huge update, half of our site is changing (including half of the apps). Ipacky is still the best app, we can make custom workflows any way we want. Support is still the best.

I found this app while looking for a new system for our fulfilment and could not be happier. Easy to set up and the app ticks 99% of boxes that we needed.
