We’ve had a very positive experience using iPacky for our Shopify store. It has made our packing and fulfilment process much more accurate and organised, especially when checking orders before dispatch. Being able to scan and verify items gives us extra confidence that customers are receiving the correct products, and it has helped reduce avoidable packing mistakes. We link it with Sendcloud to connect with our prefered carriers, generating and printing labels easily.
The app is practical, reliable, and clearly built with real warehouse and fulfilment workflows in mind. Features like order checking, picking lists, and packing slips have made our day-to-day process smoother and easier for the team to follow.
There can be a small learning curve when first setting everything up to match your workflow, but once configured, iPacky becomes a very valuable part of the fulfilment process. Overall, we’d happily recommend it to other Shopify merchants who want better accuracy, fewer errors, and a more professional packing operation.
And the personal support from IPacky CEO David De Bono is a huge added bonus.
We're a fan of iPacky. It is easy to use, integrates perfectly with our Shopify store and allows us to track inventory for all our products and expedites order packing, labeling and invoicing. We use iPacky with a scanner which helps insure accurate bin placement and order accuracy.
So, we recommend using iPacky for inventory tracking and order fulfilment!

We moved from 3PL to inhouse fulfilment after 7 years and needed an app to help the team with bin locations.

Absolutely perfect. We have a lot of custom bundles in our store, and the custom meta field tool allows our shipping team to pack those without issue.

iPacky has been perfect for our small business. With the free plan it has allowed us to test out the features.
The main reason I got it was so I could have the bin locations for all of my products easily accessible.
It has also been really helpful to print picking lists with the bin locations shown in the list.
If I ever had any issues, the support team has been really good at reaching out and solving the problem!

Excellent app, and at a very fair price. Although some of the UX is a little clunky, iPacky excels at what it's supposed to do - run a clean, streamlined picking and packing process.
