iPacky | Pick, Pack & Fulfill

While the app has really been working out for us with regard to keeping track of who is packing orders and what is being packed, one thing that we really found helpful was the customer service. We talked with the developer personally and gave him our feedback regarding a particular feature and he made accommodations for us. We really appreciate this and are thankful for iPacky in general. This app has helped to streamline our productivity and our communication amongst our staff and it is appreciated.

iPacky is the ultimate solution for flawless packing for us! We have said goodbye to packing mistakes once and for all thanks to iPacky. By simply scanning each item, the app meticulously tracks every action that our packers take, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the packing process.

iPacky is incredibly easy to use, and also seamlessly integrates with Shopify, making it compatible with any device that has a browser. We are so glad for using this fantastic app and we surely recommend it for every business which has the need for it.

Recommend this app very highly. Been using its since Feb 2023. If you are picking, packing and shipping in your business this app is CRITICAL. It will streamline your operations and save you time and significantly eliminate simple errors that any of us can make. It is so well thought out and covers EVERY angle with so many features. There are some additional ones that would not normally be expected that add further value. . It is very obvious that David has run a shopify store before he embarked on this project. This app shows that he is a subject matter expert in order fulfillment, from order receipt to customer delivery.

We have been using Shopify since 2016 and this app is the easiest we have used adding significant value and cost reductions. FAQs and the videos that support it are superb with great detail in layman's terms. For the little help that we did need David was always on hand. When we had been using the app for 2 months we had a 30 mins video call with David just to ensure we were getting full benefit from the app.

iPacky is a great solution for packing and fulfilling orders. The scanning of each product combined with a ton of different options and customizations, including rules and warnings based on SKU or tags makes this a great option for anyone who wants an excellent app for packing orders. Their customer support is excellent, and they are very quick to reply and solve anything that might arise. We needed an integration with another app to make this fit our needs, this was fixed by the team at iPacky. All in all we are very satisfied and would recommend iPacky to anyone looking for an app like this.

Vi har en medium stor nettbutikk som selger B2B i Norge, og hadde et behov for et plukk og pakk system. Vi oppdaget at våre lagermedarbeidere ble forvirret og frustrert slik det var, og det ble mye feil. Etter at vi begynte å bruke iPacky så har lageret og nettbutikken vår nådd nye høyder. Vi kan nå se for oss større, bedre og enklere vekst, takket være at vi endelig har alt i system. Etter 5 år med Shopify er dette den mest geniale, og mest fantastiske appen jeg noen gang har lastet ned. Og jeg vil anbefale den til absolutt alle. Det er nesten en fornærmelse å kalle det en app, iPacky er et gjennomført og fullstendig system. Fordelene jeg har satt mest pris på:
- Systemet er på Norsk
- Fantastisk kundeservice (også på norsk) - iPacky er hele tiden under utvikling for å møte vårt behov. Så vi trenger ikke være redd for å låse oss fast i et gammeldags system.
- Enkelt å bruke, opplæring er derfor også veldig lett.
- Skreddersy tilgangen og muligheter til ulike ansatte. Selv lyder kan tilpasses!
- Enkelt for pakker å kommunisere med lageransvarlig på mail. - Hylleplasser så vi kan lage ruter på lageret (dette er et must)
- Idiotsikkert, veldig mye vanskeligere å gjøre feil da ordren sjekkes flere ganger.
- Vi valgte å gå over til å ha strekkoder på alle produktene våre. Slik at alt scannes for å være helt sikker på at vi ikke gjør feil.
- Gode rapporter som forteller deg alt om hvordan de som plukker og pakker presterer. Tusen takk David for at du har utviklet iPacky, og brenner for å gjøre hverdagen vår enklere. Av alle system jeg har testet til lageret er dette det mest gjennomførte jeg har vært borti. Apper som jeg anbefaler i tillegg til iPacky: - Bundles app (integrerer)
- Inventory Planner - for å holde styr på beholdningen og vareleveringer
- Order tagger- for å sette regler for fullføring i iPacky. Feks få opp meldinger på skjermen om ulike kunder handler, eller info om spesifikke produkter.

We are super happy with this app. I am sure it has WAY more functionality than what we need, but it has reduced our fulfillment errors to basically zero on a thousand orders.

Ipacky has been extremely impactful for our Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment process. As a company that sells many single-item products, we are now able to pick and fulfill multiple orders at a time with less errors and more efficiency. The integration was seamless, and the support team was always available to assist with questions. Highly recommend this app!

This is an amazing app. It makes picking and packing so much easier. Highly recommended. There are so many features, and it is very user-friendly. The support is fantastic. They always get back to you fast, and you can book a meeting anytime to chat with them. They are extremely helpful and will ensure you know how to use the app. I highly suggest this app.
