I must say this app is game changer for warehouses, above all its so much cost effective compare to this you will find ERP solution with heavy investment. We are really happy as support from guys is just awesome in minutes will be with you to help you out so far not seen any major issues in app. I must recommend this.

It's such a good app to use for warehouse stocking-keeping purposes. Easy to use, clean user interface, fast responding. It's fairly priced as well.
When we were adopting a fulfillment app, we had a few choices. I'm surprised this one doesn't have hundreds more strong reviews! iPacky stood out with it's easy-to-navigate interface with many features. The overall look is sleek, understated and distinct from other browser-based software I've used, in a good way.
There's a ton of features and I was quickly able to identify the ones we needed. The various settings felt a little spread out at first, but the designer is good about scheduling a video demo with new customers. A few days ago I reached out to their support with a couple questions and got a response back in less than 24 hours. (With those questions addressed, we officially have no issues with the app and I have 0 reasons to not leave a 5-star review.)
Definitely feels like this was designed by someone familiar with how Shopify works and crafted solutions that can apply to a variety of businesses. Obviously, it's nice to use a service with such dedicated support. I won't have to be worried about him not knowing about the latest patch or changes.
It's been about 3 months and we're already checking all our direct orders via iPacky (and some larger wholesale orders too) and regularly sorting 100-300 orders a week into batches. Thanks iPacky!

Far and away the most useful app we have added to our store. It is essential for the accurate picking and packaging of our orders but it also helps us with other applications we use like our courier platform and it has been a massive help with creating accurate courier labels and streamlining a number of our processes. It is a very powerful tool. David the owner of Ipacky has been excellent to deal with and has gone over and above the call of duty to help us get started and integrate the software. Ipacky is an easy to use order management software that we rely on to map the entire process from picking the goods to printing the packing slips and shipment labels. Ipacky integrates seamlessly with other software solutions such as Printnode or Sendcloud, making it the perfect 360-degree solution for our order management. The different settings make it very customizable and individual.

We are a bookstore, with thousands of books in inventory, sometimes several different editions of the same title. We used to make a lot of mistakes before we installed ipacky. What is does for us: 1. sorts items on the picking list in alphabetic order (which shopify doesn't) - so picking is much easier now. 2. allows scanning picked products in real time, so that we don't double-pick items on big orders. 3. allows checking orders by scanning by another person. 4. tags picked and checked orders in shopify so that we can see progress in real time. 5. tracks who picked and who checked the order. 6. last but not least - shows qty remaining in inventory - very useful for us: when we pick the last item on the shelf, we can see right away if it is also the last item in the system, and if not - make adjustment, which helps us avoid to oversell. This last function has just been added on our demand - thank you so much ipacky for this great support!
