Havde store udfordringer med check og pluk af ordrer, som betød mange fejlpluk-ordrer både i antal og produkttype. Vores setup er Shopify og Webshipper, som fragt-handler, så det var vigtigt at finde en løsning, der kan integrere med Webshipper. Fra vi fik installeret IPacky, som hjælper med at checke, plukke, lave partial fulfilment, og kommunikere med vores lagerpersonale, har vi reduceret fejl-pakker til >0,1. Print af ordrer-sedler, scanning og check foregår problemfrit. Godt for forretningen.

Hi. Please contact us to sort this out. You have not been in touch with us regarding this issue, you have not responded to our emails regarding clearing this up, and we don't understand what you mean by "the scan option is not enabled". So there must be some confusion here since this is always enabled.
David og Ipacky har løst et problem vi har hatt lenge om å få realtime plukk info pr ordre ut til våre ulike lager lokasjoner i samme øyeblikk som kunden bestiller. Dette ble løst svært raskt og presist ila få dager med eksepsjonell god og tett oppfølging fra David. Vi ser frem til å ta i bruk flere funksjoner i Ipacky.

We have been using iPacky for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. It has allowed us to move all our fulfillment to a third party distribution center. The warehouse employees find it very intuitive and easy to use, and mistakes are rare. The developer is also extremely responsive to support requests and/or feedback - for example, he helped us configure both virtual SKUs and barcoding aliases to fit our use case.
