ipacky has been great in streamlining operation in terms of order packing and order fulfilment. And it has been a helpful service that integrates with Sendcloud offering 3PL services, lacking within Sendcloud
The app works as it should and I haven't had any issues with its functionality. My only thought is the UI is a little hard to look at, and if they designed it in a way that was similar to the already familiar Shopify UI, it would be perfect.
