Appreciate I-Think Logistics for the quick response, accurate reports, timely action on escalations and better performance than other competitive partners. However, there is always a scope for improvements and betterment. Thanks.

Great app, prices are good compared to many other service providers. Only downside is the interface is not as user friendly and can be improved.

Their Services are Good.The RTO rate is low with Ithink Logistics because they try to reattempt the undelivered product 5times, .

We think that this is one of the stronger applications if you're looking for a shipping partner in India. Our favorite is the UI of this application. It is very clean and easy to navigate. It integrates well with your Shopify store, better than most of the other apps. We also like the support given by their team. They are quick to aid us and always ready to fix our problems. Our only current problem with this application is the slightly high RTO rates which we are working towards reducing with the help of the iThink Team. If that can go down, this app could really become an ideal application.

As earlier I was using some other platform for shipping my products but faced so many problems regarding weight escalation and NDR reports which are actually very frustrating for all the eCommerce sellers. So now iThink logistics is a great platform that reduces my processing time for undelivered orders and gives me proper NDR reports With an automated process flow and also reduces RTO.
