As earlier I was using some other platform for shipping my products but faced so many problems regarding weight escalation and NDR reports which are actually very frustrating for all the eCommerce sellers. If you stop working with them they will hold our remittance amount and even response after give 1000's of call mgs and mail. My 19500 has been put on hold and they don't even bother to solve the issue it has been almost 1year. One of their employee from accounts team is now calling and asking to start work again on Ithink so after that we will resolve your matter on priority.
