My experience with I Think Logistics has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, the company has unfairly withheld my ₹2000 account balance which I am due for a refund. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, they are deliberately refusing to process the refund. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to a clear breach of trust.

Secondly, the operational service is terrible. Their primary function, package pickups, consistently fails to happen. Shipments are delayed indefinitely because the assigned agents do not show up.

The customer service is non-existent, and the overall service quality is utterly useless. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They are unreliable and hold customer funds hostage. I demand an immediate resolution and the refund of my ₹2000.

i use ITL from last 4 year and they too good in logistics service, ITL is good optimize for Better performance and focus on simple things and also very friendly ITL Team like my POC is Pragati and Head Manager Arbaz and many more as per my experience Ithink logistics is better solution for courier service.

We had a very good experience with them. Their team is responsive, pickups are always on time, and deliveries are handled smoothly.
