i have use this platform more than 1 month after i am writing this review. No Professionalism, they are not able to pickup regularly, 80% reverse order fake attempt and cancel, overall 12% delivery down, i have share delivery data of different platform for proof but they have no solution. always i receive answer "update you within... " but i never get update.

if you have ecommerce business please do not try this platform.

Very poor services for COD & prepaid shipment’s, no services provided for fake remarks by delivery agents. Just increase RTO due to no professionalism, cod remittances take upto 7 working days which is pathetic

I have worked with many other logistics companies but I have never enjoyed working with any other logistics company like I Think. I felt very good working with I Think Logistics. I have had a very good experience with I Think Logistics.
