Ich habe die App installiert, dann kurz wieder Deinstallliert und wollte sie nun wieder verwenden doch jetzt kann ich die nicht mehr downloaden, ich komme in einen Loop bei shopify und es buggt rum.

I just saw your 2 star review and i'm Extremely SORRY to see you had this experience!!!! 
We take our support very seriously. Is there anything we can possibly do?!!!!!
All our other users manage to install the application correctly, maybe you just have a cookie problem. Can you try installing it with another browser?
