突然使えなくなりました。
サポートも返信がありませんでした。
とってもがっかりです。

改善していただきたいです。

application does not function 100%. some of functions (such as NP atobarai CSV) cant used for more than 14 days. We contacted support desk although havent heard reply for few days. This isnt worth paying $29.99 per month.
