Jebbit: Quizzes That Convert

Very useful for us so far, helpful and fast assistance when needed. We are launching our new hot sauce finder feature this week and are excited to see how it performs.

We searched high and low for a quiz app that could actually do computational logic (gives points for each answer to give a personality result at the end) and all the other quiz apps just use path logic (or whatever it's called where it's a choose-your-own-adventure "answer a goes to question c, answer b goes to question f, etc"). All the other apps we tried (which were many) had to be seriously adjusted just to do what we perceived as pretty basic functionality... but I guess it isn't so basic after all. Jebbit is the ONLY app that does what we need it to do, plus it has Klaviyo integration and can pass campaign tags, so we can track the effectiveness by channel. In just a couple of weeks, we made enough sales through the quiz that the enterprise upgrade paid for itself.
... and now we can make zillions of quizzes! Watch out, world!

The chat box in Jebbit makes my life so much easier. Kind and helpful, the Jebbit customer service team is number one. And the app is great, too. So easy is to use. This is one app I never have to worry about.

The chat box is a feature I use often to ask for help. I get responses to my questions within MINUTES and they are really nice while helping me out!

So far, so good. Price seems a little steep at first, until you see that it really does generate a lot of leads if you follow their suggestions for placing the quiz front and center on your homepage and in the top announcement bar. If you follow their suggestions, the quiz really works.

Making a quiz for our personalized products seemed like an impossible task. Jebbit has made this achievable, and the customer support team has been incredibly helpful & prompt with their responses. Totally recommend!!

Adrian helped me out with outcomes not adding to cart and she stayed with me until we got it figured out! She did some workarounds and eventually got it to work! Quick and helpful customer service :)
