Our engagement with Jebbit, regrettably, culminates in a 2-star rating, reflecting a journey marked by unmet expectations and inflexible service. Initially, we were drawn to Jebbit for its quiz tool functionality. Although it operated well, the value it added did not align with its high cost, especially considering the lack of significant impact on our conversion rates—a key selling point.
Compounding our dissatisfaction was the pricing issue. When we were offered a discounted rate upon expressing our intent to leave, it raised concerns about the fairness of our initial pricing.
The final straw, however, was Jebbit's response to our feedback and consideration of other options. Instead of demonstrating flexibility and understanding, Jebbit chose to quickly terminate access to our quizzes. This abrupt action during a critical decision-making phase felt counterintuitive and only solidified our decision to move on.
In summary, while Jebbit's quiz tool is functional, the overall experience was marred by high costs and a lack of flexibility. Our recommendation to others in search of a quiz application is to seek options that offer both operational excellence and customer-centric flexibility. Avoid rigid long-term contracts and prioritize solutions that genuinely enhance your sales experience and website engagement without feeling bound to unsatisfactory service.

Great quizzes and amazing customer support. Maggie was super responsive and helpful, making quick edits to our quiz to help us out. Would recommend 100%!

Thanks to jebbit, I created a quizz very easily and the support have been very helpful. The experience of creating a quizz is amazing with this app !
Yaya was incredibly helpful with an issue with my quiz placement I had a couple of days ago. She wasn't sure she could help me, but by the end of the day, she found the information I needed. She stuck with it when my Shopify expert could not help and Shopify support told me to hire an expert. Everyone gave up except Yaya. Thank you!
this platform is very easy to use. If you do need support they are very quick to contact and can resolve issues quick. Adrian is amazing she is so sweet and fixes any issues that I have. (which really isn't much or anything serious) She also hopped on a quick call for me to make sure my inquiry gets answered. 10/10 for her!
So far I have been enjoying this platform. I have a few things to work out before I publish my first Quiz but Maggie has been incredibly helpful. 10/10 for support!
I had a bad experience with Octane AI - The support team was bad, they hiked their prices and they started sending disingenuous emails which, frankly, was the last straw. In comparison, the Jebbit support team so far has been top notch and their quiz builder seems to have all the functionality Octane did, if not more. Looking forward to getting more stuck in with this app!

Jebbit's customer service is excellent! Their response time is minimal and quick. They understand the situation and provide the best and easiest solution. They would provide a video, a step-by-step guide if need be which I think is incredible. Great work!
