I was earlier using Shiprocket, but had a very bad experience due to their high and unpredictable pricing and poor support, tickets often got closed automatically without any real resolution. After switching to JetPost, the biggest plus has been the dedicated Relationship Manager. I can simply call or message and my issues get resolved quickly. This has helped reduce my RTO and fake delivery attempts significantly. My RM Ms. Esha, has been extremely helpful with reattempts, escalations, and overall support.
