One of the best customer services I've experienced in any of the business I've dealt with, Lisa was very quick and very knowledgeable. Made my whole experience at Jet Print an incredible experience. Their app and system is very friendly user as well.
Goede POD, makkelijk ontwerpen uploaden en uitstekende klanten service. Als je een vraag stelt via de chat of als je een probleem hebt, krijg je snel antwoord. Pas had ik een storing waarbij de mockups niet zichtbaar waren in mijn shop en melde dit via de chat. Ze hebben echt alles in het werk gesteld om het op te lossen. Dit duurde een paar dagen maar hebben mij steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden. Heel fijn bedrijf.

FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. ALSO IF MORE SELECTIONS CAN BE ADDED FOR KIDS SUCH AS AIR FORCE 1 AND JORDAN SHOES THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!

In some ways it is easy to create product, although it would help if the product template gave the size of the image needed to produce a good quality print.
Also, it would be nice to be able to see the shipping price from China to the USA, as I don't plan on selling elsewhere. But then I just discovered that shipping to the USA isn't supported. So I guess I'll go elsewhere
Update 04/02/2024: Don't know what the issue was, but today I was able to initiate two different orders and had no issues with the USA shipping address. Just a glitch in the system, or whatever. Anyway, glad to say so far everything is okay.
Also, JetPrint customer service was VERY responsive which bodes well for the future.
