The app's functionality was decent, but when I went to make an order directly through my website, no orders would process with their items in the cart. Every other order made with merch from a different app was working fine. Something for them to look into.
Also, their item variety is a bit limited. I wish they had bucket hats, and perhaps a few more shorts options (male and female workout shorts, for example)
I have yet to see their quality, as I am still making products, but slow CS response time (mid conversation the assistant dipped for more than 15 hours as of now) and literally asking to be reviewed EVERY time I move pages or try to work on a product disrupts work flow.
On to what I have found so far, 3-6 week ship time for most items (Watches for example) means customers will be waiting a long time for the item. No assurance on if its shipped with your business information or theirs, also they ship the bill of lading/RO sheet/Whatever WITH the item with a different price on it than customers will be paying which will lead to issues as well.
But I do like that they have things I have not seen elsewhere. It would be nice if they could do something about shipping times and the invoice issue.
On the user side of things, the whole site looks like an Ali-express site that you get to modify which means that the products have long, similar names to each other because they are keyword stuffed instead of made for customers (us) to use best. You have to take down item numbers in order to find it again because the ability to clone a item and then edit the image in it is not possible from what I have seen.
Edit: Even AFTER leaving this review it continues to barrage me with 'please rate us' things. If this keeps up, I will uninstall.
Edit: 2 Weeks and STILL getting 'rate us' requests.

I like this company. the customer service is very good and responsive. I only issue is how I design my shoes. There is no way to save the design leave and come back to finish the edits. Once you save that is it. If You want to edit you have to start over. It goes for if you leave the page on accident all the work done is lost.
The app works great and integrates with Shopify. The only thing annoying is the pop up asking you to rate the product. You can click it off, but I'm hoping it goes away permanently now that I'm leaving a review. Fingers crossed....
L love this printing service. What I will suggest as improvement is the editing interface, could it be made more user friendly? Can you make a design be editable after it has been published?
I have only been using JetPrint a very short time, & ordered 2 prototypes from them, a mini backpack & a wallet, with one of our custom designs. I must admit, they arrived much sooner than I thought they would, & we were all very impressed with the quality of the items & the printing. Our only complaint is we wish they had more options for white labeling & packaging, but otherwise, we are thrilled.
App works great. Design is easy and setting a product is even easier. Only hickup is that a product I wanted to use, I was unable to design! But all the others, no problem what so ever!
The app is user friendly and takes a little time to get use to. It still has a lot of opportunities for improvement but overall works great and the quality is good.
I contacted support, and it's been weeks since I heard from them, and I see terrible reviews about them. I am scared to try it out. They told me they could work with some of my ideas and send them a mock-up idea, and I never heard back at all. I emailed and chatted with them again, and still no words. Loved the fact it was easy to design things but communication could be better

Just started using this hoping it would be perfect for my customers as the quality of shoe is better. The problem I see is the lack of ability to make the shoes in the timeline they have posted on their website, along with lack of response when reaching out with issues. I've only made two orders with this company. 1st one took so long to get to me, another vendor I found and tried produced the boots and had them to me two days faster than this order that was placed DAYS before. 2nd order I am trying to cancel and get refunded for as it has been in "production" for 9 full days after order was placed and paid for. If your customers are okay with no updates and long wait times then sure, waste time here. But if not, I don't recommend. The customer experience will be bad. I can't wait to delete this app after I finish this process of trying to get refunded.
