Pas had ik een storing waarbij de mockups niet zichtbaar waren in mijn shop en melde dit via de chat. Ze hebben echt alles in het werk gesteld om het op te lossen. One of the best customer services I've experienced in any of the business I've dealt with, Lisa was very quick and very knowledgeable. Made my whole experience at Jet Print an incredible experience. Their app and system is very friendly user as well.

I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS FEATURE SINCE APRIL 2024. FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. THE APP WAS JUST UPGRADED AND ITS DISAPPOINTING THAT THIS WASN'T ADDRESSED.
