I have only been using JetPrint a very short time, & ordered 2 prototypes from them, a mini backpack & a wallet, with one of our custom designs. I must admit, they arrived much sooner than I thought they would, & we were all very impressed with the quality of the items & the printing. Our only complaint is we wish they had more options for white labeling & packaging, but otherwise, we are thrilled.
the selection looks so good, the design lab is pretty easy also, I think they should list the shipping in an easier to locate spot but other than that it is very user friendly
This is my 2nd review and I will improve on the star rating once the customer service improves. I have sent a couple of requests through the App under support and have not had replies. Not good when trying to set up and sell the products and have questions

Fantastic App! Custom service brilliant. Would suggest allowing to add text but apart from that cannot fault it. great quality products, reasonable prices.

It's a decent app to use. Standard shipping takes to long to get to customers. Express shipping keeps increasing. Overall it's decent
It took two weeks for Jetprint to tell me they ran out of the tote bag I ordered for my customer. Two weeks and nocontact. I have customers. I will update this review if they make it right very quickly.
