JivoChat is a great app for any store that wants offer world class customer service. It definitely deserves 5 stars.

The best Chat App, period. I've been using it for about 10 days, and it's really good, it's simple to set up agents, so I can have my co-workers answering questions while I produce.

I found out about Jivo where I worked as a remote customer service agent. I fell in love with it and was very excited to see it on Shopify's app store. I use it to act as a sales agent or representative when I have visitors or customers on my store site. The most important thing is that I never miss chats on mobile or my PC, the notification sounds are so loud! I'd love cheaper plans though as I'm a small business, but then again, they give value for money.

I really love Jivo Chat... I get the chance to see where my clients are on the site and give them information live. It's really easy to use for one or multiple sites. I really recommend it!

I just recently migrated from Yahoo platform to Shopify (www.blingcartel.com) and I was having issues with integrating the JivoChat app after the transition. I got in contact with Juan at JivoChat and he was very patient with me and we actually figured it all out while he stayed with me on chat. The chat app is now working great on Shopify and I am super happy with the customer service. Thanks so much!

Excellent application to talk with our clients, interaction with our face page, that is, someone speaks to us by the face and Jivo Chat shows on our site and we can talk directly there with clients of the face, we can monitor who is live in our site and know where it is speaking and many other options, once again excellent app, I recommend to anyone who really wants to give attention to their customers.

We've been using Jivo Live Chat for the past week and our sales have significantly increased. The app is super easy to use in the office and on the go thanks to the mobile app. It's nice knowing that we have saved several potential abandoned carts through this app. I highly recommend Jivo to any store struggling with conversions!
