We recently switched to Jivo Live Chat from another live chat client and we couldn't be happier. The installation quick and easy (literally one-button install on the Shopify app store) and it works like a champ. Very easy to use and switching between the mobile app and the windows app is as simple as opening the app on the device I'm using. We've experience ZERO bugs/crashes/issues in the days we've been using it.

The features included with the pro version of the app exceed what other live chat clients offer and at a lower price. Our customer interaction has also increased since installing Jivo Chat! Love this app and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to add live chat to their web site!

Excellent app gets you in contact with the customers we have closed sales because we solve questions when they are on site selecting products. Also their customer service is fast and they solve any doubt you have. A must have for your store

Jivo Live Chat has been increasing our conversions with its proactive chat feature (automatically inviting visitors to chat based on triggers we set, such as time on page). The ability to transfer a chat from one agent to another has been great. Installation was simple and we love being able to run Jivo Live Chat from a windows application, a browser, or an android app.

Brilliant chat app. We’ve tried a couple of them, but this one is the only that works great and be easily localised to my country (in my case - Russia). Highly recommended.

Had used a few different apps prior to this. Hands down best mobile application and desktop app available. Being able to custimize every piece is a great bonus too. Tech support has been great when needed. All around happy to have bought a full liscense for the next year.

Very happy with JivoChat and the team behind it.
Tools work well, and even when there is a slight bump on the road it is actually resolved quickly and in person.

We've been using the chat, callback, telegram and facebook integrations on a number of sites amongst our shopify site www.suzysdogfashion.com

The best Chat App, period. I've been using it for about 10 days, and it's really good, it's simple to set up agents, so I can have my co-workers answering questions while I produce.

I found out about Jivo where I worked as a remote customer service agent. I fell in love with it and was very excited to see it on Shopify's app store. I use it to act as a sales agent or representative when I have visitors or customers on my store site. The most important thing is that I never miss chats on mobile or my PC, the notification sounds are so loud! I'd love cheaper plans though as I'm a small business, but then again, they give value for money.
