This has an in-app call feature. This comes in real handy when you want to save $$ on expensive international call and gain more trust of your visitors.
I can't emphasize the importance of a good live chat on sales. Also, I have not noticed any negative speed effects due to the live chat (many other live chats slow down your website).
Been using it for a week now and I am just over the board. :)

I installed this app a few days ago. I changed from another app because it wasn't user-friendly when it came to answering messages and I didn't particularly like the message interface on the website. I find JivoChat very easy to use and was really easy to set up. I also love the chat box and I have had a few people use it already, so I am very happy so far.

It a really good app for the cost the free version has a lot of stuff and will soon be upgrading to the paid one. I can now talk to customers live on the site and help them if they had any concerns. Divya really helped me out when it came to setting it up on my website and customization.
